Guillermo Carmona

Since I was a child, I have been passionate about technology. I grew up disassembling and assembly things, helping my father with electrical and motor maintenance tasks, and repairing any toy I had. This led me to engineering, and to my current career in aerospace and defence, working on the greatest and latest aerospace and technology programs. I also have an entrepreneur spirit, that brought me to co-fund two industrial software startups. Over time I moved from designing aircraft systems to leading product development, digitalization, and engineering organizations. In the meantime, I also realized that, not only physics and engineering rule the industry. This was the time where I decided to upskill myself and balance my profile with an MBA education and advisory board activities. I have worked inside large corporations, startups, advisory boards, and founder teams. Today I work at the intersection of aerospace, deep-tech, digital execution, and investment readiness; helping deep-tech to scale up.
