Omer Livvarcin

Dr. Daniel O. Livvarcin is an active professional in the nonprofit sector with a resolute vision to enhance the capacity of nonprofits and charities globally, ultimately striving to make the world a better place. He has pioneered the development of the ViStA Strategic Management Framework and the Executive Strategic Evaluation Process (E-SEP), instrumental tools designed to assist nonprofit leaders in crafting actionable strategic plans. As the co-author of *Risk Management for Nonprofit Organizations*, he offers a profound understanding of the challenges and opportunities intrinsic to the sector. He serves as a part-time professor at the University of Ottawa and is the visionary founder of the Nonprofit Management Laboratory, dedicated to advancing best practices in nonprofit leadership and management. With a Ph.D. and dual master's degrees in Management and Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California, Dr. Livvarcin combines theoretical knowledge with practical application. As the founder of Vectors Group, his consultancy specializes in guiding nonprofits to seamlessly bridge theoretical insights with real-world challenges. Throughout his illustrious career, Daniel and his adept team have assisted hundreds of nonprofit organizations, charities, associations, and community organizations, including Tim Hortons Foundation, Kagita Mikam, Wequedong Lodge, Ottawa Food Bank, Shepherds of Good Hope, Capital Rainbow Refugee, OrKidstra, Neruda Arts, Ottawa Basketball Network, and many others.
