“How does building your profile help in your day to day business?”

Creating a clear message of who you are and how you want to be perceived by others is essential to building your intentional presence.

When people understand what you want to communicate to them and feel the emotions you want them to feel, trust is easier to gain, and relationships can be stronger and long-lasting.

When people can see, feel, touch, smell, read, and hear your Brand everywhere, you have done a great job at being consistent and help the world know what to think and say about you.

“What are your clients really buying?” (the feeling beyond the product or service you provide)

For me, it is straightforward and clear; when it comes to soft skills development, clients really buy the trust and connection they have with their trainer or coach. It will be tough to build and scale such a business if clients do not feel this connection.

They are looking for an outlet where they can be comfortable enough to drop their guard and be fully transparent and vulnerable with the process. They also want to feel that they are being heard and cared for, and this can only be achieved when trust is leading the way of the conversations and interactions.

Clients buy a relationship that will help them achieve their full potential and build their confidence with a safety net to bounce off and enjoy the jumps along the way.

“What skill have you developed since leaving formal education that has been most useful in your career?”

The skill of networking and knowing how and when to ask for support has been one of the most valuable skills I could ever have learned.

Developing strong relationships is crucial in the entrepreneurship world. If we do not connect, people won’t know what we can offer, and if they don’t see what you can offer, they won’t help you promote your ideas, services, or products.

And when things are challenging, knowing who to ask for support is also essential to pass the roadblocks and move forward, learn, and succeed.

Trustworthy and honest relationships are the bread ab butter of building a business, and with proper networking skills, the journey can be even more enjoyable.

What is your number one hack for getting yourself motivated when things seem hopeless?

Every day, but especially when things are not going the way I expected, I motivate myself by strengthening my body, mind, and heart.

For my body, I practice the mindful art of body language and when I have the chance, I dance to release stress, take in positive energy, and have fun.

For my mind, I never stop creating and trying new things that challenge both my intellect and artistic sides. I try to connect with different people, expand my network, and learn from their experiences, advice, and mentorship. This fuels my mind to keep dreaming and exploring every single day.

And for my heart, I stay connected with the people that I love the most. I call them or text them to share our adventures, ideas, questions, and even fears. By doing this, we feel supported and loved.

What is your best advice for people on how to recruit great team members?

Great team members are the ones that believe in the company’s mission, vision, and leadership. Those who can communicate assertively, adapt, be open to different perspectives, and are not afraid of speaking up and collaborating with others to achieve what is needed with passion, love, empathy, and care.

Academic success and knowledge are essential, but without the magnificent 3 Qs: Emotional, Social, and Adaptability Intelligence, a person’s IQ is not always relevant and powerful enough to enforce real change and growth.

Great teams are made up of diverse individuals that can support each other, develop and further fine-tune their strengths to create a sustainable, mindful, productive, and agile ecosystem.

What do you wish your prospects would understand before they talk to you?

I want my future connections to know that I am very passionate about what I do, and I try every day to do it with care, love, and honesty. I have created a brand I feel very proud of, and I use this energy and mindset to give back intentionally when I work with others.

I wish for them to know that their journey with me and the LOUDER team will be colorful, energetic, fun, enjoyable, and full of empathy and kindness. Every interaction will be different, using the vision-based coaching approach, allowing them to experience that resonates with their lives and circumstances.

I make to measure every session that I deliver so we can all have a meaningful time and will be able to build the trust and strength of our relationship along the way.

I wish everyone to know that at LOUDER, “Our love language is LOUD, and our superpower is a fearless VOICE!

What coming technological advancement do you expect to have the biggest impact on your business?

Given the ever-changing reality, professionals worldwide are starting to see the need for a more structured, clear, assertive, transparent, and “caring” way of communicating.

In 2021, leaders prioritize Digital Communication with apps to stay informed and help their teams share information in real-time.

According to the KPMG reports, 77% of CEOs say they will expand their digital communication tool chest for more outstanding communication and collaboration.

We also see an increase in date use to understand the consumers’ needs and interests better. This includes analyzing brand perception, message pick-up, tone of voice, the share of voice, social performance, website performance, etc.

Because of all this, communication professionals, leaders, and brands are now embracing the assertive development of their communication skills and tools to support the New metrics across platforms to ensure “active attention,” meaningful conversations, and long-lasting relationships.

What misconception do people outside of your industry hold about it?

Because we are born with the power to learn how to speak, move, and breathe, people constantly believe that we do not need to develop further and maintain our soft skills.

However, to communicate assertively in all our communication tracks and build a reputation and personal brand that others will remember, we must find our ideal frequency and unique style.

This can be achieved by constantly developing our strengths, never staying comfortable with what we can achieve, and last but certainly not least, practicing, practicing, and practicing until we can master our abilities.

Leaving behind the story and impression that we want with Motion, Emotion, and Impact!
