How is your company dealing with hybrid work? by Richard Friesen

As a therapist and coach, I haven’t seen someone in my office in maybe 5 years. I see some powerful advantages coming out of video sessions. I can see people from all over the world. (Half my clients are international.) With improved AI, I can get clues to their physiology, heart rate, blood pressure, micro-expressions, breathing rate, and maybe even their galvanic skin response. When am I close to the real issue? Bingo!
