If someone is going to work with me for a long time, the important thing they should know about me that will not be obvious is that I can be trusted. Of course, trust takes time to build, but as long as we can compromise together, I think we will make a great team. As a business owner, I know that when people talk about you behind your back that does not build trust, but when people get to know you personally, that might build trust a lot faster. Success and teamwork requires a lot of hard work and employees who are committed to working hard.
