What may not be immediately obvious is that I value candour over comfort and trust over agreement.
I will challenge assumptions, including my own and I appreciate people who do the same. But challenge, for me, is never about winning an argument; it is about arriving at a better answer.
I also believe trust is built quietly: in consistency, keeping commitments, and how we behave when things become difficult.
