Time and asset management and utilization. Looking back, I can see so many operational expenses I’ve covered that were not high-yielding or even remotely strategically aligned with my truest organizational needs. What I needed was lean thinking. I am learning to pull my own in that department. It’s the logic of choosing wisely the best resource and course of action as maximally as can be to fulfill the best-aligned corporate strategic objectives. This is the ultimate scaling and growth hack; to be so operationally efficient and self-directed that no effort, no capital, no capacity is ever wasted.
