If you could gain one quality or ability that would significantly increase your business success what would it be? by Matt Taylor

The ability I would like to gain is to be efficient at operating a meeting on Zoom or Teams. I am much more comfortable using these virtual tools now verses one to two years ago; however, I really admire people who are well skilled in operating virtual meetings because virtual/hybrid meetings are a vital part of the present and future. I strive to continue learning more on virtual operations because they are an important platform for public speaking.
