I would be aggressively lean & result-driven. I’d only start up with creating a free one-pager version of my company website (using Wix). I’d use my seed money to buy a media contact list from my previous coaches & pitch them thought leadership piece submissions to penetrate their markets. I’d hire a VA & superstar sales person to grow a pipeline of high-paying coaching/consulting clients & paid corporate speaking engagements (online/in-person). I’d not heavily invest in content creation to the extent that I have; I’d maximize my bottom line by investing 80% of my time in selling activities.
