So far, I would say the highlight of the year was being featured in one of Singapore’s leading digital magazine, Her World. That interview got me reflecting on the many achievements that I’ve established and also humble enough to realise that it’s still a long road ahead.

Coupled with a Bachelors in Psychology from Edith Cowan University, she is also a certified Zumba, Zumbatomic, Aqua Zumba, Zumba Gold Instructor and Strong Nation Instructor. This gives her the well-rounded knowledge and experience to help people set and accomplish their fitness goals. A community builder, Lavania has long believed that empowering others creates growth and opportunities for us all. She works with “Her Rise Above” and gives free mentorship and advice to home-based women entrepreneurs to increase their business avenues and gain higher financial and economic freedom. She sincerely cares about contributing more than she receives.
