I work in a variety of industries since I own and lead a global conglomerate corporation. Many individuals I’ve conversed with over the years believe multinational and global corporations with a conglomerate architecture are difficult to operate. There are likely too many products and services to keep track of, making running an organization of such a size challenging. Firstly, who ever said a conglomerate is large in size? Secondly, technology nowadays is paramount in firms, in general for operations, but also now, during a pandemic.
Sales processes are also paramount where automation and key technologies can be implemented to cause sales, research, analytics, customer support, lead generation follow-up, marketing, and more to function on their own, automatically. Liberating employees in organizations to work on other functions and across departments on tasks that are not automated or able to be automated. Henceforth, every entrepreneur, startup, and organization, large or small should consider strategically planning, selecting, and implementing digital transformations and technologies to run parts of the business on automation. Not only to free leaders and employees to work in other areas, but automation helps firms scale.
