Sarah Kalmeta

Sarah Kalmeta – Question 4: “What misconception do people outside of your industry hold about it?”

1) You only get coaching if there is something wrong with you
2) A life coach will provide you with the solution you need
1) Coaching is about helping you maximise your potential. We don’t feel there is something wrong with us when we hire a piano or language coach, why would hiring a life or business coach be any different?
2) No one knows you better than yourself. A coach helps provide you with a roadmap, but the route you take is ultimately up to you. A good coach will empower you to make your own decisions.
