To de-stress my go to is deep diaphramatic breaths and gentle giggles. Whenever I feel stress in my body, I take a few moments to feel it to heal it. What am I experiencing and how do I feel about it? Stress is simply an emotion. When we emote, we secrete chemicals in our body. Cortisol and adrenaline are associated with stress. Happy chemicals flow when we laugh. We are in charge of our own pharma. At the start and end of the day, I take time for a short meditation often while earthing in my yard.
