Breathing. My go-to practice is slow breathing and holding. For example, I will slowly breathe in with a count of 6. Then, I hold for a count of 4. Then slowly breathe out for another count of 6, then allow my lungs to rest for a count of 4 before I take the next deep slow breath. Which each round, I take in and let out more air. At the bottom of each breath, I experience peace, knowing there is no rush to take in air which becomes a mind state for all other things at that moment.
