What app or software do you utilise most for business and why? by Richard Friesen

Google Docs is number one for collaboration, but for organization, tasks, and planning I use Airtable. What I like is the multiple views (i.e. Kanban) and the ability to create filters. This allows me to see just the issues I want with one click. Once in an issue, I can select updates and changes with drop-down menus that drive filters and sorting.
