My top 3 achievements in the past year include continuing to stay aligned spiritually, physically, and mentally growing; 10x income in first quarter + increasing discipline and actions; and choosing to not spend a winter in USA in Atlanta, but rather be a digital nomad between Central and South America, and Europe.

I made the decision as well to not lease when I return but rather use HelloLanding (similar to Airbnbs for fully furnished apts with flat rate options including utilities of $1500 when you are flexible)!.
