The coaching industry is rapidly growing with an annual forecasted growth rate of 6.7% and is expected to reach $20 billion USD by 2022. This implies that more people are realising the importance of personal and professional development. However, there are self-proclaimed coaches with inadequate qualifications and experience which is detrimental to the industry.

Given this tremendous growth, the coaching industry must be more rigorously regulated. It is also important that clients choose coaches who are certified, experienced, and have verified testimonials.

Coaching takes a lot of patience and practice, and with passionate coaches, I am positive that they can create incredible life transformations in the world.
