What belief do you hold about your industry that is not shared by many? by Christophe Derdeyn

Off-shoring IT or Business Services to India, Philippines, Malaysia, Brazil and other usual suspects is NO LONGER sensible and should be avoided. These countries have had their time, have matured over last 30years and are now largely exhausted, with a workforce that is increasingly demanding, too often lacks loyalty and is less eager to deliver excellence/go the extra mile. For medium to long-term sustainable operations, new horizons are to be explored: Kazachstan, Vietnam, Ukraine, Mexico. Young and eager workforce, well educated and loyal if treated well, with a manageable cost, where stable operations are still possible.
