What business belief did you once hold that you no longer believe to be true? by Mohamed Salahuddin

One business belief I once held but no longer believe is that trust ALONE can be the foundation of success. I used to think that trust, once given, should be treasured and developed without question. Over time, I realized that blind trust does not work. TRUE trust must be earned, and it is ONLY proven through the test of time, consistent actions, and resilience in difficult moments. Today, I see trust not as a starting point, but as a result, which is built gradually, reinforced by integrity, and sustained through accountability.
