AI of course will change our business. But I think the bigger disruption is AI changing our clients’ businesses. When technology can do more of the work, companies will rethink jobs, skills, structures and ultimately how many people they need. That means our role has to evolve too. We can’t just help clients fill yesterday’s jobs faster. We need to help them understand what work should be done by humans, what should be done by technology, and what the workforce of tomorrow actually looks like. That’s a much more interesting conversation.
