I expect AI to have the biggest impact, particularly in how we personalise learning, understand patterns and make information more accessible. For my work, AI could help people identify recurring behaviours and insights much faster, while allowing more time for the human elements that technology cannot replace – connection, empathy, judgement and trust. I’m excited by the potential, but I also think we need to use it responsibly. The greatest opportunity is not replacing human expertise, but combining technology with human understanding to create better, more personalised outcomes.
