The growing role of technology has blurred the lines between traditional consulting work and technology work. Consulting work was usually project-based, value-adding advisory based while now most firms are branching into providing the execution parts like branding and marketing, e-commerce operations etc. and so the talents we need to acquire will need to cover a broader set of skills and come from a diverse range of beliefs and aspirations. As the business owner, to lead and align the aspirations of such a diverse group is not easy, in addition to re-organizing the structure for executing client projects.
