What coming technological advancement do you expect to have the biggest impact on your business?

I am going to go in the opposite direction: I think people are hungry for more human connection. I am seeing business requests come in for clients that want to meet in person, rather than over a computer screen. I am hopeful that there will be more technological advancements that allow individuals to connect in a more heart-centered way. I do think that we are used to platforms such as Zoom now, and they’ve made our lives easier in some respects, but I think we need to work to bridge the gap between technology and human centeredness.
