What coming technological advancement do you expect to have the biggest impact on your business?

AI! Artificial Intelligence is something that was unheard of when I first came into the dance, fitness and wellness industry. But with this technological advancement, it is going to impact every industry in general in a great way. With AI, there are countless ways of roping in a user. For example, classpass uses AI to help a user determine which class they can take for the number of credits they have. As a collaborator with classpass, I have to battle with their AI in terms of getting positive reviews from my clients to stay on top of their rankings.

Being on top of the ranks, means that a user can see the classes I offer.

Imagine having an AI smart device in your home where you can set it up as though you are in a studio. There is no longer a need to leave your home. You bring the studio environment to your home and you workout like as though you are working out in a studio.

Such advancements although sound incredibly amazing but they also somewhat give me anxiety in developing my business to match it. Well, as the saying goes, if you can’t beat ’em, join ’em.
