What coming technological advancement do you expect to have the biggest impact on your business?

I think the coming technological advancement which will have a big impact on our industry is the use of Virtual Reality and Artificial Intelligence. Customers being scanned for body measurements, them being able to visualize the garment in real time on a hologram, virtual fashion shows etc. These changes completely revolutionize the existence of the world of fashion. Fashion was always meant to be a creative experience, although this too would be a different experience for the customer. I feel it lacks the human connect. Every sector should evolve and reinvent itself to keep up with the times but I feel some old world charm should always be preserved.
