Even when we move into a hybrid model of work, I believe business travel will be curtailed for quite some time. I for see more advances in virtual collaboration tools and the concept of the reverse classroom applying to business. Much pre-work and non-client facing will likely be conducted at home. Face-to-face meetings will be used for collaboration and collective decision making. Sophisticated virtual collaboration tools are on the horizon.
