What do you and your business partner, your team or your clients most often disagree about? by Nic Otuoze

For me and my team, the biggest disagreements are usually about **how quickly to move versus how much to validate first**. I tend to be highly ambitious and focused on execution, while others may want more testing, data or refinement before making a decision. We also sometimes disagree about priorities, especially whether to focus on immediate revenue opportunities or invest more time in building the underlying technology and long term value of the business. I see these disagreements as healthy when handled properly. I try to bring the discussion back to evidence, the customer and the strategic objective, rather than making decisions based purely on personal preference.
