I think that the biggest myth of building a business is that sometimes business owners think the more money they invest, the more successful they will be. I believe this is the biggest myth because I once felt this way. However, this has not been true, by any means, from my experience. Of course, we all must make sacrifices when running a business and investments to grow our income and get the word out about a business, but for the most part it is important to avoid overspending and thinking that success will eventually come. Success is never easy, and it must be gained naturally over time. Money cannot buy success, only informed decisions based on logic can.
