The biggest myth of building the business is “Build it and they will come”. To that I say… Build what? Who will come? Do they want it? You MUST do your research and understand your market and niche before you build something. Just because YOU want it does not mean it will sell. The other biggest myth is that founders should do all the jobs in the beginning. The smart founders know where to outsource and delegate to protect their time better and maximise impact.
