It doesn’t matter. That sort of thing is beyond my control. When we create something, we have to prepare ourselves for the entire spectrum of reactions.

Any kind of reactiion is better than indifference. If your prospect has a negative opinion of what you have to offer, so what? At least they paid attention to it.
