What do you wish someone had told you at the beginning of your career? by Anand Narayan

At the onset of my career, I wish I had been advised to continuously seek knowledge, delve into books, and engage with experts to broaden my perspective. Emphasizing working smarter, not harder, through automation and simplicity would have been invaluable. Understanding that promotions come to those already performing at the next level, coupled with the importance of tact and respect to avoid demeaning others, is crucial. Above all, the significance of networking and building strong relationships was paramount; these connections often propel one’s career further than any single achievement. This emphasis on relationship building is precisely what fueled my ability to exit two businesses successfully and has been a cornerstone of KenobiCapital’s success.
