I never had a former manager have an impact on me because I have always been self-employed. My biggest inspiration to be self-employed was my family because they taught me how to run and operate a business. However, I did volunteer work in the past and some of these jobs were impactful. What made them stand out? Those managers that were most appreciative impacted me the most. I enjoyed working with them. We became a team and created a simple and productive work environment.
