The biggest thing I have learnt recently that I wish I knew earlier was how to be coachable. I very often would be stubborn and want to be right. it is only recently that I started to soften, allow and listen. It doesn’t mean I always change my mind, but now I know how to – and THAT is a crucial skill for life.
