My greatest accomplishment has been helping young people grow. At home, together with my wife, I have had the privilege of seeing our three children develop into thoughtful, confident, and joyful young people. At work, I found the same fulfillment in hiring, mentoring, and developing talented young professionals, many of whom have gone on to achieve more than I ever imagined. Looking back, I realize I never received formal training to be either a father or a leader. I learned by doing, by making mistakes, and by continuously learning. The greatest reward has been seeing others grow and thrive.
