Hash out a profile of needs that would be subsumed within your next hire’s executive skill set by foregrounding the following – a) what structural deficits are they empowered to bring (operational) transcendence & elevation to?, b) what areas of un-potentialized growth can they compel you & your team to scale into?, c) how do they force your culture to act in ways disruptively expansive?, d) what organic synergy is there in their capacity to produce flow within your team? All throughout onboarding, how much do they force you to outthink your own framework? That’s how you know.
