My best advice for people on how to recruit great team members is simply to seek likeminded people who share common interests. When recruiting, you can ask them what their long-term goals are and what they can contribute to the company. We all need employees willing to work hard and make the business successful if we want the business to keep growing. I would look for people I could be friends with, so we can get along, using our strengths and talents to benefit the business. As a team, we would prioritize compromises and teamwork, which are also important life skills.
