What is your best advice for people on how to recruit great team members?

Hire someone who is better and smarter than you! Many feel that we shouldn’t hire someone ‘better’ than ourselves because human nature has it that we are worried we would one day lose our job.

However when we hire someone better, we are in fact planning for the success of the business and it is in this new hire that we are able to breakthrough and see the potential of the business growing.

Another key aspect is to ensure that the candidates fit strategically in the company, has the drive and able to adapt to the company culture.
