Look in the mirror. Then ask yourself: “Am I the kind of person I would want to work with?” Employees today say what they want most from a job is a boss they can trust. But 58% of employees report they would trust a total stranger more than their own boss.

In his business classic “Good to Great,” Jim Collins advises leaders to hire for integrity. “You can teach skills, but you can’t teach character.” A company culture defined by character will naturally attract quality people. And the character of a company starts at the top… with you.
