What is your fondest memory of something that happened in your business? by Cathy Nesbitt

In 2012, I saw a tweet about Byoearth, a vermicomposting business in Guatemala. I retweeted “What a cool organization! Red wiggler worms are the way.” Within 5 minutes, the Founder tweeted, “When can you come to Guatemala? Your expertise and guidance is needed here. How exciting! A friend held a fundraising for me. We had a raffle and received 5 original works of art. Over $3000 was raised in one night. I had an incredible 2 week trip around Guatemala visiting worm composting, speaking and I now import hand carved wooden worm shaped and happy face earrings supporting a women’s group. So grateful for this amazing journey with so many fond memories.
