My number one hack is to stop trying to solve everything at once and focus on the next small action. When things feel overwhelming, I ask myself, “What is one thing I can control today?” It might be making a call, going for a walk, writing down a plan or simply getting through the next hour. Small actions create momentum, and momentum changes how we feel. I’ve learned that motivation doesn’t always come before action; often, action creates the motivation. You don’t need to see the whole path- you just need to take the next step.
