Laughter is my go to hack for getting myself motivated. When we laugh, we secrete the love drugs; dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin and endorphins. These chemicals help us feel better. When we feel sad, depressed, anxious, frustrated, hopeless and other low vibrating energies, we secrete stress hormones; adrenaline and cortisol. Laughter changes everything. As a Laughter Yoga Teacher, I incorporate tapping, brain gym and other healing modalities to get out of stress. Hope is restored as our brain becomes oxygenated. Neurons firing as we come up with better solutions.
