I pull out my “Resilience Reminder” notes. This is where I outline the tough situations I’ve faced in life, both personally and professionally, and how I overcame them. This helps me remember different strategies to try and also reminds me of what I have already overcome in the past, boosting my motivation to face whatever tough situation I am currently in.
