What makes you most optimistic about the future of your industry?

Human nature. Despite all the greed and cynicism that prevails within the finance industry there are still good people doing good things. The embracement of ESG (Ethical, Social and Governance) in the past couple of years shows it is possible. Social entrepreneurship has been a talking point for 40 years but the investment community does genuinely seem to be waking up to it and that is positive for everyone.
