What makes you most optimistic about the future of your industry?

I am very optimistic about the possibilities of being more innovative and creative in the communication, learning, and development space. We can now build global networks and communities with no boundaries, and the importance of delivering good quality content with intention is becoming a priority in the workplace.

Having diverse and good quality resources available to us at any time and place will allow companies and individuals to become knowledge efficient, saving time and achieving faster results.

This makes me very optimistic because knowledge is empowering, and empowered communities can create change and transformation with care, kindness, and love.
