The misconception of people outside my industry hold about is that your target customer would know your company product easily when shared on platform on social media, and you should be able to close your sales once you see it.

The truth is before you shared the brand, understand your customer needs on why a particular problem exists in their life that may need your product (although most likely they do not aware your solution exist). You need them in a variety of ways to get capture their needs via trial, peer recommendation, and advertising to ideal customer profile (termed ICP).
