What misconception do people outside of your industry hold about it?

When you mention to buy a property, in most people’s minds immediately two misconceptions will pop up: firstly it is ‘very/too expensive’ and secondly ‘risky’.

Actually nothing could be further from the truth. With so many creative financing strategies being available, actually most people could buy a property, if they only bothered to find out (lack of knowledge) how to do it instead of listening to their misconception in their mind. And while there is some risk, it is easy to manage and actually there are bigger opportunities than risks….

I am an entrepreneur, property trainer and mentor and published author. A short selection of my many numerous big achievements include for example successful implementation of a new Core Banking System and various satellite IT systems across regions in Asia Pacific (Deutsche Bank); building up a successful team of project managers with on-time, on-budget delivery (Credit Suisse PB); Change Management to streamline a more efficient organization; implementing a score card system to manage the business better (Credit Suisse IB); imparting new skills and knowledge to hundreds of students (Success Coach Asia); closing many deals (ERA) and so many more.
