The biggest mistake I have made was relying on advertisements as a means of attracting customers to my business. I advertised over and over again, hoping to achieve the desired result but it didn’t happen. I believed if my business was seen by millions of people worldwide, I would find the loyal customers I was seeking, but I began to see my thinking was wrong. Although, I thought that advertising was the ultimate solution at first, I soon learned that if your business does not have consumer trust or people liking it, no amount of advertising will help. Yes, businesses can advertise, but it is better to advertise to the people who support your business and like what is being sold. This helps build more trust in the long run.
