I personally feel that the biggest impact on company culture is how owners or managers treat their employees and customers. All workers have to be willing to help companies benefit by providing hard work and value. They should treat all employees and customers with kindness so that the work environment will be pleasant for them. This will lead to the business becoming better over time. Toxic environments and playing favorites will ruin the business because no business can succeed without benefits from employees and customers. Just like every customer is key to success, every hard-working employee is key to success, as well.
