What podcasts do you most often listen to? by Richard Friesen

I listen to Scott Adams many mornings at 10:00 AM ET. (YouTube and Locals) Why? I experience the jolt of major reframes. My first reaction is “WHAT….NO WAY!” Then, I argue with it in my head…then Hmmmm….then Ohhhhh… then OMG, what if I looked at the issue through that reframe? What would I see that I missed with my existing filters? Agree or not, the value is creating my own mental flexibility and expanding my thinking process.
