Charu Mehrotra

What skill have you developed since leaving formal education that has been most useful in your career?

It is such a big list of skills as my 13 years plus entrepreneurial journey has taught me amazing skills. I start with emotional intelligence. This skill has helped me a lot to manage myself better and get the right focus on my work. Other skills which I picked are sales, communication, marketing and speaking skills. I wonder now why schools are not teaching life skills early in life.
